Eco-designed soap block:
1.4kg soap block. It comes with a thin kraft paper to protect it. To be cut at home as you go using a large kitchen knife for example.
Soap obtained from cold saponification:
- Saponification is an environmentally friendly manufacturing process.
- This method does not require external cooking, it is saponification that harnesses its own heat in the mold to create the soap. The process takes longer, as the soap must "set" for 4 weeks.
.
This method reserved for handcrafted soaps allows the glycerin from saponification to be preserved, thus providing a significant nourishing effect compared to industrial soap.
The little story:
Chamomile is highly valued for its soothing action, and chamomile oil has been used for generations for skin care. The chamomile in this soap was planted, pampered and harvested in our vegetable garden. This flower is certified bio according to the AB standard. Carole our herbalist picks the chamomile and proceeds to make the soap following this harvest. Chamomile oil and the petals of the flower are used in this soap.
We systematically perform all tolerance tests on our products, in accordance with the regulations in force. These tests on finished products and ingredients are of course guaranteed without any tests on animals, in accordance with the regulation (EC n°1223/2009).
